At Absolute Lift Parts | we stand behind the quality of our forklift parts with comprehensive warranties to ensure your satisfaction.
Used Parts Warranty
All used non-electronic parts come with a 30-day warranty excluding wear items such as bearings | brushes | seals | etc. We inspect every part before it ships however if you receive that part and it is not functional let us know and we will arrange a replacement or return for credit in the event a replacement isn't available.
Replacement or Return:
We do not warranty used electrical parts. However | if the item ordered is incorrect | damaged | or not functional upon arrival | contact us immediately | and we will replace the item.
Returns are accepted within 30 days on all non-electronic parts. The purchaser will responsible for the original freight charge | return freight and a 15% restocking fee.
Exclusions:
Refunds are not available for electric parts
Refunds are not available for ANY shipping charges (including Next Day Service) for any reason.
Refunds are not available for labor costs.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ABUSED | NEGLECTED OR MISUSED PARTS.
