Warranty Information
Remanufactured transmission come with a 6-month warranty. Make us aware of the issue as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or return for credit in the event a replacement isn't available. To receive a core refund, all cores must be received no later than 60 days from delivery. Returns are accepted within 30 days on all non-electronic parts. The purchaser will responsible for the original freight charge, return freight and a 15% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE: RADIATOR AND TRANSMISSION COOLING LINES MUST BE FLUSHED / REPLACED PRIOR TO CONNECTION TO TRANSMISSION. FAILURE DUE TO CONTAMINATION IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY This warranty does not cover abused, neglected or misused parts. Additionally, labor costs are not covered under our warranty.
